Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to establish rules for receiving, processing, and refunding payments received from clients. This policy is intended to define reasonable expectations and be equally fair in refunding clients and compensating Crystal Healing With Brandy in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. This policy assists Crystal Healing With Brandy with managing and planning accordingly for all events in a timely manner.

The following applies to all In-Person Services:

I honor and commit to the appointment time for all clients with:

  • A reserved scheduled time for the healing session.
  • Preparation prior to the session.
  • Full payment or deposit is required upon registration unless otherwise stated.
  • All clients are required to give a minimum of one day (24 hours) notice for all appointment changes.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through Schedulicity.com.
  • Clients who cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to their scheduled time of service may reschedule their service within 60 days without an incurred fee; payment is transferable within 60 days, but will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a less than twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice, a fee of ½ of the service cost with a minimum of $40 will apply; payment is transferable within 60 days, but will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a no-show, no payment will be refunded; payment will NOT be transferable to a later date.
  • Emergency appointment changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and honored respectively.

Payment Refunds for prepaid sessions:

  • All refunds for payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original payment–less a 6% refund fee based on the original total payment amount. Refunds subject to cancellation policy.

Refused or denied credit card charges will incur credit card fees as assessed by the processing company for Crystal Healing With Brandy. All fees and outstanding balances are due and payable upon receipt.

No refunds will be given after a service has been performed.

The following applies to all Classes, Workshops and Events:

  • Full payment or deposit is required upon class registration unless otherwise stated.
  • Postponement of a class or event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events will result in rescheduling the affected classes or events. All registered attendees will be notified by Crystal Healing With Brandy via telephone, email and/or Schedulicity of the new class or event date/s. All applicable fees will be transferred accordingly.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through Schedulicity.com.
  • Clients who cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled class/worshop may reschedule within 60 days without an incurred fee; payment is transferable within 60 days, but will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a less than twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice, a fee of ½ registration cost with a minimum of $40 will apply; payment is transferable within 60 days, but will not be refunded.
